WHERE TO START?
When you’re close to a family member with disabilities, it can be difficult to know all their specific needs. In some cases, a family member might be reluctant to mention their more personal needs.
Our trained and professional consultants create a safe space where your loved one can comfortably discuss their needs.
Our Services
Respite services are temporary periods of relief and support for individuals who cannot take proper care of themselves due to disability or long-term illness, and their families or caregivers who provide primary care and support. Respite services can be provided in a variety of settings, for a defined period of time, and in response to a crisis or a planned absence of the caregivers.
A bundle of services that includes six service categories. ICLS services offer assistance and support for people who need reminders, cues, intermittent/moderate supervision, or physical assistance to remain in their homes.
Companion care services are designed to provide emotional support, friendship, and socialization to seniors and other adults who require assistance with daily living activities. Common home companion care activities include:Conversation and mental stimulation, such as playing games or listening to music,Meal prep and time spent together over breakfast, lunch or dinner,Light activity, such as a walk or time spent outside,Laundry and light housekeeping,Grocery shopping and errands,Transportation to and from appointments and social events, Reminders for personal care and grooming and Medication reminders
Homemaker services provide assistance to persons who are unable to perform day to day household duties and have no one available to assist them. It includes services like light housekeeping, laundry, limited personal care, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and shopping
Individualized Home Supports Without Training services provide support, assistance and supervision to adults or children who live in their own homes. A staff person provides direct supervision, cueing, guidance, instruction, assistance with activities of daily living, or assistance with coordinating and attending community living activities. Individualized Home Supports Without Training services can be provided in the person’s own home or community.
Night Supervision is a non-preventative service consisting of overnight assistance and monitoring provided by a staff in the client’s home when the client has an assessed need in one of the following covered service areas:
